So, it’s a rainy bank holiday and I thought I’d spruce up the site a little. I was originally experimenting with the default wordpress theme, and making a couple of tweaks, such as adding the author’s picture to each post. By the time I’d figured out how to do this I realised that it was a pointless exercise as I’m the only person who posts anything :-).

I quite like this new theme, called iNove. It gives more prominence to my blogroll than I’d really prefer [it’s an area of the site that is light on content compared to the postings]. It also created an entry for the gallery software I use [WPG2] that I had to unpublish – it’s a part of the site that I prefer to leave buried.

After chipping away at this for about a week, I’ve settled on a blogging sofware version [wordpress], and figured out how I want to managed the permissions on the image viewing. So, it’s just a matter of waiting for the filespace to run out on the web server 😉
